Whilst working as an Intern at Concentrate I set Sarah McDonnell the brief to make a pencil case out of neoprene, ideally with some sort of “clever twist”. She more than rose to the challenge coming up with a concept to a make a free-standing fabric pencil case that could be opened to display it’s contents, without having to empty it out over the desk. We developed the concept and it has proved to be one of Concentrate’s best selling products, and provides Sarah a nice little annual royalty.
